Uneo, Inc. Announces Intent to Close Acquisition of Tekscan, Inc.

Uneo Inc., an innovation leader in printed flexible sensors based in Taipei, Taiwan, today announced its intent to finalize the acquisition of Tekscan, Inc, a leading manufacturer of applied surface sensing technologies based in Norwood, Ma.

The partnership strengthens both companies’ global reach and reinforces their commitment to innovation. Customers can expect enhanced products, integrated solutions, and increased support across all markets.

The transaction is expected to close by November 3rd pending customary closing conditions. Additional details will be provided following completion of the acquisition.
