Tekscan’s new Nip Pressure Measurement System (NPMS) eliminates the guesswork of adjusting rollers.  Collect nip pressure and force in real-time to achieve optimal roller alignment and reduce uneven pressure distribution.

 

The NPMS is a lightweight, portable tool.  It is easy to use and completely wireless!  The NPMS transmits nip pressure profile data directly from the roller sensor to a laptop.

 

Systems are available in lengths of 18” (46 cm), 36” (91 cm), 54” (137 cm), and 72” (183 cm).
