SAM™ (Sway Analysis Module) is an add-on software module to the
MatScan®, MatScan® XL,
HR Mat™, F-Mat™ and
F-Scan® systems.
It is the ideal tool to analyze sway and assess posture by detecting and measuring parameters
that would otherwise be unseen by the naked eye.
Tekscan’s new VersaTek technology connects via USB, has higher sampling speeds, and
with new Edge Connection, gives you the ability to collect in-shoe, barefoot, prosthetic,
and seat data with the convenience of one set of electronics.

Introducing the T-Scan III with new Evolution hardware!
The T-Scan III samples at a consistent rate of 100Hz. The result is
a more consistent replay of data and the COF trajectory segments represented in .01 second increments vs. a
variable time frame with the USB handle. T-Scan III also includes new T-Scan software -
version 5.0. This software incorporates many ease of use ideas gathered from experience with users,
streamlines data collection and improves data presentation, so customers spend less time collecting and
analyzing data and more time applying the information and discussing the results with their patients.
T-Scan®/BioEMG and MatScan®/BioEMG Integration Software
Tekscan has teamed up with BioResearch Associates, Inc. (Milwaukee, WI), an EMG Manufacturer
specializing in dentistry, to provide a means for dentists to measure force, timing, and balance
of the occlusion and craniofacial muscles simultaneously. We have also teamed up with BioResearch
Associates again to provide the clinician with a means to see the relationship between posture and
muscle activity, and assess functional postural alignment and control. This new technology is a first
of its kind!
Now available - I-Scan® Handheld, a low cost, extremely portable, pressure mapping system.
The system allows for data to be captured via USB data acquisition electronics and a Windows CE compatible Pocket
PC. The system features straightforward controls, 2-D real-time views of sensor data and the ability to capture
a snap-shot of sensor data between almost any two surfaces.

Prescale™ Pressure Indicating Film & Digital Analysis System now available!
Prescale is a film that reacts to applied pressure. The level of pressure is
indicated by the density of the color change, and results are easily checked visually. Prescale pressure indicating film
is thin, reliable, and customizable. We also offer a complete Digital Analysis System,
which includes software and a scanner to produce multi-faceted data.
