Plantar pressure assessment with Tekscan's F-Scan system gives you a view from inside the shoe and identifies regions of high pressure unseen by the naked eye. Pressure mapping captures objective and quantifiable data from heel contact to toe off and indicates how the client is walking and how their feet are functioning. The F-Scan is the ideal tool because it allows you to determine the efficiency of the prescribed orthotic and whether it is meeting the desired treatment outcome.
