Pressure Imaging for Mattress Selection in a Retail Setting
Tekscan's Body Pressure Measurement System (BPMSTM) is an exciting sales tool that can help mattress retailers increase their volume and increase the average sale.
Pressure mapping the customer on a mattress takes only a few seconds and shows them a colorful, intuitive image of their pressure distribution and their peak pressure points. Salesmen can use this pressure map to diagnose a customer's needs - and then advise the customer on the best mattress for their needs. They can also use the system to demonstrate the benefits of a more expensive mattress and add-ons like pillows - by showing how these products can reduce their peak pressure points and improve their sleep comfort.
Tekscan's advanced technology is easy to use with a simple USB connection to a PC or laptop and requires no external power.
