Error message: "Old version of driver or driver cannot be found (tlw32vxd.vxd)"


Question/Problem: Error messages: "Old version of driver or driver cannot be found (tlw32vxd.vxd)" or, "The Tekscan application cannot start."

Answer/Solution:The software is not using the most current software driver.

Go to http://www.tekscan.com/support-home.html to download and install the latest driver for the Windows operating system on which the Tekscan software is being used. Driver installation files for each operating system are also available on the install CD.

Note that Windows only allows users logged onto Windows with administrator privileges to install or change system files and drivers.
