Tekscan 32-bit Fsxview Executable has encountered a problem and needs to closeQuestion/Problem: If I try to upload more than one movie when I reconnect the F-Scan Mobile Receiver, I get this error message: Tekscan 32-bit Fsxview Executable has encountered a problem and needs to close.  Answer/Solution: This error will occur if you attempt to record multiple movies with the Mobile system without first having selected a patient from the database. A patient must be selected before you initiate the recording and disconnect the Mobile Receiver. Open a Patient in your F-Scan Mobile software:  When the Patient is open, use the New Movie button:  If this did not answer your question, please try searching again or contacting us at
