F-Scan Mobile can only upload one movie


Question/Problem: If I reconnect my F-Scan Mobile Receiver to my computer after I record a single movie, the movie will upload to my computer, but if I record more than one movie (with the Separate Movies feature enabled) the upload fails.

Answer/Solution: You can prevent this trouble by Opening a Patient in your F-Scan Mobile software before you click the Record button and disconnect the cable for the Mobile Receiver.
