Error: You do not have a registered copy of F-Scan on your computerQuestion/Problem: I get the error: “You do not have a registered copy of F-Scan on your computer” but I have installed new Research Foot with STAM software. Answer/Solution: This problem is caused by an incompatibility between CoM’nalysis and the Chinese language version of Microsoft Windows. Unfortunately, at this time the CoM’nalysis software will require an English version of Windows. (This problem is caused because the CoM’nalysis software cannot communicate properly with the registry in the Chinese versionof Windows.)
