Force/Pressure graph cannot be displayed or is transparent when using a projector

Issue: Force/Pressure graph cannot be displayed or is transparent when using a projector.  When the graph is opened, the area which should display the Force or Pressure vs. Time graph is completely gray or is transparent.

Any resizing of the graph border will create a cascading window effect.

Solution: This is caused when the graph is displayed on an LCD projector or on a second monitor while Hardware Acceleration is enabled in the Windows display settings.

This problem can be resolved by disabling Hardware Acceleration in the Windows Display dialog.

When Hardware Acceleration is disabled, the screen image must be displayed only on the main PC and not on the projector or second monitor. To do this, either disconnect the projector and start the computer without the projector connected or, use the Fn+F7 key on a laptop to change the display to only the main PC.

Note: Some laptop manufacturers, including IBM, supply specific software for controlling the transition between laptop and projector display. With IBM Thinkpads, this feature requires Hardware Acceleration to function, so the IBM feature must be disabled before disabling Hardware Acceleration. For instructions, please see: Fn+F7 keys cannot be used to switch display from the laptop screen to the projector when Hardware Acceleration is disabled on an IBM Thinkpad laptop

To disable Hardware Acceleration, right click in the background image of the Windows desktop and click Properties. Within the Display Properties dialog, click the Advanced button.

In the (Multiple Monitors) dialog that opens after clicking the Advanced button, click on the Troubleshooting tab. Under Troubleshooting, change the Hardware Acceleration setting to "None". Then click Apply and OK to close the remaining dialog windows.

Then, use the Fn+F7 key to switch the screen image back to the projector. Or, restart the computer with the second monitor or projector connected.
